Evil Is All Knowing

The absolute worst part about being sick, aside from the feeling that zombies are munching nicely on my brain, stomach, throat and eyeballs (though somehow they're not touching my adipose - - - - - life is so not fair), is no mouth to mouth kissy-time with the husband.

The best bit about being sick is the kisses one receives once the husband catches said nasty-crud virus too.

****************************

I have no idea how the husband caught my zombie virus? Unlike the Volkswagen commercial, I did not lick the husbands face while he peacefully slept beside me. . . . .

Being sick sucks.

It does. I especially don't like not knowing exactly where and from whom I got this nasty one from. Only for reasons of wanting to know what this crud is - it has nothing to do with wanting to maim them. Not. At. All.

Aw, sorry you don't feel well! Sending hugs and hoping you feel better soon! :)

It is kind of comforting once you're both zombies, but I do find that he takes it a lot worse then I do... I guess the dreaded 'man-flu' is a potent thing that no mere wonam could hope to comprehend. :-)

Hope you're feeling better very soon!!

freakazojd: thanks! we both needed hugs!

amytree: this is true. This time around with the zombie flu, he's being good - a trooper. I think he just completely gets how I feel too. we're miserable, but at least we're miserable together.

Awwww..sorry you're sick. that just plain ol' sucks! And um...adipose??? Guess I'd better google that one.:)

anti-bacterial squeezers to you and husband!

Hmm, so you say. I suspect foul play in the germ spreading department. Misery loves company.

It probably came from one of those people who never take a day off sick, even when they are sneezing germs and snot everywhere. The sort that still goes to work when he has got an interesting, exotic infestation that he picked up on safari which promptly takes out the entire finance department...

Hugs to you both!

Hey my Word Verification is "dafuq", as in "What dafuq?"

I always run my tongue around the inside of my lov-ah's glass...you know, to speed things along. ;)

Feel better!

You didn't intentionally get your hubby sick now did you? ;)

Aww! Sick sucks - but kisses are good. :) I miss your blogging (and comments...cause I'm selfish like that). :) I need my fan club back.

Hope you are feeling better soon. Don't MAKE me come visit. :)

tt: can I have some Ibuprofen with those anti-bacterial hugs?

P.S. adipose = fat

Ian: be nice! I'm sick. No foul play was ever detected and I'm pleading the 5th. So there.

Rock chef: this is true. I'd be guilty as well of said offense, but it's only b/c I used to have bosses that wouldn't stand for me missing work even if I was on my deathbed. It's ingrained in us. I still went to school under the masking of Ibuprofen, even though I'm not supposed to. Hell, I figured, everyone else at school brought it, I can bring it back.

I heart, "what dafuq"! ! ! that's fantastic!

rrl: Ino. Right? Why don't people get this? Hmpf. Other humans. There is logic to our madness.

r.e.h.: Of course I would NEVER EVER do such a thing. . . . .

etk: you sneaky-sneaky. Got in on me when I was getting back to everyone. . . .

My blogging sucks lately. I suck lately. My comments suck lately. Being sick sucks lately.

So far I have managed not to get the flu this year (KNOCK ON WOOD), which is amazing, really, considering how often I am sick. I hope you both feel better soon!!

Feel better, chica!!!

(My blogging & comments suck....yours do not.) :)

mindy: you are lucky. I think the husband and I have finally figured out ours may be some form of strep.

Blehck.

Alli: I so want to. I'm tired of feeling like poo. I'm tired of popping Ibuprofen like it's candy every 4 hours. . . .

You don't suck. Life, more importantly, gets in the way.

What dafuq?! You're sick again??
What you guys need is some time off!! Not the kind you're having right now but the stress (and sickness) free kind!

fi: so sick we've stayed in bed all weekend. I'll spare gory details, but suffice it to say, the husband is waaaa-ay worse than I. In fact, he's lost weight with all that's been going through and out his body. I'm worried, but he isn't. I'm not that sick yet, but my tummy started the "grumbling in the jungeling" I know all too well by now . . . .

le sigh.

What is this volkswagen commercial? Do you have a link to it? I wanna see it.

em: it's funny, but weird and gross! I've looked through a few You Tubes and other websites and cannot find the one where 2 people are looking at the same Volkswagen. The guy claims it by licking the door handle. . . .

I did find this one: but it's not the one I was referring to originally & is a tad more revolting.
