I might actually go to the theater to watch the latest Indy movie. I almost never go to the theater cause we only have one here in town and it sucks so bad. But, I'm tempted!
Princess: when I was unemployed, I went to matinees all the time. If I got to the 1st showing of the day it was only $2.00! I learned I could go out by myself, eat, go to a movie or whatever and I wasn't uncomfortable going at it alone. It was very freeing.
chief rock chef: it's a great family film! My parents took all of us to each and every one of the Indiana Jones' movies - I almost wish I was a wee one once again so I can go see this one with the parental units! Definitely gots to love Harrison Ford! Most definitely.
Tink: Yeah for summer flicks! From the previews yesterday, some look pretty awesome!
butterfly girl: I started with Indiana Jones when I was 6 or 7 and have been in love for the past 20 years. I don't think you forget a film like this at that age! They're all fantastic - my favorite is the 1st one - Raiders of the Lost Ark - is brilliant! The husband loves the 3rd installment - The Last Crusade.
This 4th one is entertaining - it's sorta lacking something, but still fun all the same!
They're good family films.
Em: I'm sure you'll get to it sometime soon!
I'll update on massage therapy ASAP.
Ian: if I know Nikki, and I think I somewhat do, then this isn't a film for her. You'll need to wait for Netflix. . .
I loved this flick! I just love the Indiana Jones series. The "Crystal Skull" isn't what I thought it'd be - the old Indiana, but it isn't horrible if you take it for what it's worth. A throwback to a throwback. It was fun. That's all I needed.
It's been well received around the world and I second that.
I am so missing out on something on the being unemployed thing, I have had no time to think let alone go see a matinee....I'm too busy decorating...and not even the new place it's the old one!! Fi...xxx
In a nutshell, I am a little bit crazy and only a little bit funny. I possess a little pack of animals.
I have more than a little love in my life. I believe in a little kindness and in more than loads of forgiveness. I am married to the husband and contrary to popular belief, little is he fake.
And, finally, every now and then I can knock back a little dirty vodka martini. Shaken not stirred with extra olives, preferably. Slainte Mhath!

jay: it's a throwback to a throwback. And, I loved it (the husband did too).
The ending is a bit reminiscent of a past Spielberg movie, but, hey this is Indiana Jones! You can't not love it.
I think I'll go to the matinee tomorrow...what the point of being unemployed if I can't do stuff like that right?? :)
Can't wait to see this one. Taking the whole family to see it ASAP.
You've got to love Harrison Ford, haven't you?

I am so excited about this movie! Woohoo for summer flicks. FINALLY. Because those winter ones were starting to blow.
I hate to say it but it's been killing me, and what better time than now? I CAN"T STAND THAT THEME MUSIC ANYMORE!!!
Whew! Thanks.
I do want to see it though. But first I have to watch the prior ones, I haven't seen but bits of them. I'm still clueless.
:)
I really want to see the new movie! Won't get to this weekend, but hopefully soon.
How is the massaging going??
Em
Hmm. I'm thinking I might have to wait for the DVD...unless I can talk Nikki into going.

I'd like to go see it. Will probably wait till the boxed DVD set is available around Christmas time. :)
Ok, I went yesterday afternoon and loved loved loved it!!
I would definitely see it again!
g-man: see it when you can! It's fun and it has Harrison Ford included - you just cannot go wrong.
Princess: Me too! Glad you love, love, loved it!
